Tatiana was so easy to work with. We stayed from May to February & there were a few issues, but as soon as I messaged her, she had them fixed. Once work needed to be done at the house & she worked with me to get it done when we were not there. I would highly recommend any of her locations.

The place was so clean and welcoming! Tatiana reached out to see if everything was to our liking or if we needed anything, which was a very nice touch! One of our dogs we brought with has mobility issues due to recent surgeries, and the furniture set up and layout of the house was perfect for him to move and rest comfortably. This house has tons of space and was perfect for what we needed. The outside area has a really nice fire pit, and the covered pool area is a beautiful spot to relax in.

Tatiana responded, usually in minutes, to all my comments or questions. She was always willing to help and never gave me any indication I was bugging her. After we checked out, we realized we had left one of our laptops behind. I texted Tatiana; she asked her cleaners whether they had found it. They said they had not, so she went to the house the next morning and found the computer. We were to meet the next morning so I could retrieve the left-behind items. She couldn't be there at the agreed time because of an emergency. She called me, gave me the owners' door code, and the code to a locked closet. Our missing laptop and my Kindle, which I had not even realized I had also left behind, were in perfect condition and safely locked away. In summary, Tatiana is among the best AirBnB hosts we have encountered.

A Wonderful Stay! I recently stayed at Tatiana’s place and highly recommend it. I felt welcomed from the start. The apartment was clean, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. I appreciated the personal touches and attention to detail. The location was perfect, close to the airport. Overall, it was one of my best Airbnb experiences. I can't wait to return! Our recent stay at this Airbnb was absolutely wonderful. The home was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and incredibly comfortable—everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was ideal, close enough to enjoy local attractions yet tucked away in a quiet neighborhood that offered plenty of peace and privacy. One of the highlights was the backyard. It felt like our own private retreat—serene, beautifully maintained, and perfect for enjoying coffee in the morning or unwinding in the evening. Our host was exceptional—responsive, welcoming, and genuinely invested in making sure our stay was perfect. From quick communication to thoughtful touches, we felt truly taken care of. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend!

This was the perfect location for a concert at Raymond James stadium! Very walkable and easy to get to. The pool was a wonderful addition for the hot summer day and we had a great time swimming and grilling out back. The remodeling was very, very nice. Thank you for a great stay!

Overall enjoyable stay. Loved the screened in pool, and grill! My dog enjoyed the fenced in yard as well. Very close to highways so able to get to Downtown Tampa and Downtown St. Pete very quickly!

This has the be one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed at. Tatiana gave very clear instructions since the beginning and it made everything go smoothly. The place was super clean and was exactly what I was expecting. Stayed here for a concert and this place was very close by. We felt right at home and the family loved it! The neighborhood was nice and quiet. I definitely would recommend to others and we’d stay there again.

We were a group of friends staying in Tampa to attend a concert at the Stadium. The location was fantastic as it was a short uber ride in and a 20 min stroll out. No hassle at all and felt perfectly safe as it was all main roads and there were so many people. You were close to some of the major shops and only a few mins in a cab to the international mall. Other areas in Tampa for restaurants etc you can easily uber it anywhere. The place itself was spotlessly clean and it had all the main appliances. It seemed quite a new rental so we suggested some kitchen items that would have been useful to Tatiana who said that she would get them. We would definitely stay again.

This place is in a great location. Close to UTampa, Bucs stadium, baseball fields, Publix grocery store... The house was very nice, clean and not cluttered. The best part was the back yard/lanai; Fully screened in so NO BUGS. We could eat outside whenever we wanted. The fan helped because of the heat. Nice big table for all of us to sit around. The younger ones sat around the fire pit in the nice Adirondack chairs. The pool was nice too. There was a bathroom right off the lanai into the back of the house that was convenient. There was a problem the first night with the plumbing. I messaged Tatiayana and she sent Igor right over. He fixed the problem quickly. The kitchen was nice, however it could have been a little better equipped; cookie sheets and more pots and pans. It was a nice size though, nice stone countertops. This place was great and we would definitely stay here again if we're back in Tampa. Thank you Tatiana!
